A single-page, client-side language tutor for learning English/Hindi/Kannada vocabulary, built with no build tools and no dependencies — just HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. It covers two target languages: English to Hindi (Devanagari) or English to Kannada, selectable on the title screen or via a header dropdown. The curriculum spans 35 lessons and 700 words (20 per lesson), each with a phonetic transliteration. Learners get audio pronunciation via the Web Speech API using the correct voice per language (hi-IN / kn-IN), flip-to-reveal flashcards, per-lesson multiple-choice quizzes with instant feedback, a searchable glossary, and a dashboard with quiz score history, daily streaks, and per-word mastery tracked separately per language. Progress, language choice, and student name persist in localStorage, and the responsive layout adapts to any screen size.
