About
sm3 (State Machine 3) packages genesis-sm, a standard-library-only, DB-driven state machine engine for agentic sprint orchestration. The CLI (sm) seeds a SQLite database, runs a phased state machine loop (PLAN, WRITE, REVIEW, COMMIT, GATE) over configurable profiles, dispatches OpenCode agents, and can render agent definitions and bootstrap new projects. It ships a FastAPI + Jinja2 operator dashboard for inspecting sprints, phases, dispatches, and profiles. The repository is also the artifact of a 'Trimurti' experiment in which a single model context was forked into three archetype roles — Saraswati (the swan, specification), Matsya (the fish, implementation), and Kurma (the tortoise, witnessing) — to study recursive role collapse and forked-context convergence across parallel agent sessions.
Summary
An experimental agentic development system built around a SQLite-backed state machine that drives sprints through plan, write, review, commit, and gate phases.
