About
EuchreGame is a deterministic, headless Python package for simulating partnership Euchre with AI/ML-friendly state export. It builds a 24-card deck with seeded shuffling, runs a stateful engine covering round-one order-up and round-two trump calling, dealer pickup/discard, trick play with left/right bower handling, and legal move generation with effective-suit follow rules. State is JSON-friendly via to_dict/from_dict, and masked per-player views support hidden-information workflows. Beyond the engine, the repo includes a local Data Factory for generating, validating, benchmarking, and reviewing synthetic Euchre decision data for student-model distillation, backed by a FastAPI dashboard over JSONL artifacts. A browser-based sandbox under html/ runs the Python engine through Pyodide (with optional local Gemma/WebLLM AI play) and supports god-view or masked player views.
